Capitalhead offers a comprehensive support service to their customers. Designed to supplement the in-house company I.T. experience we offer the escalation path to assist in the diagnosis and resolution of issues that require support.
Our dedicated helpline service will quickly and efficiently log the call and assign an agreed priority and unique reference to the call. Once allocated in the call logging system the call is assigned to one of our consultants for progression, these consultants are from the same pool as those currently working on your projects so consistency is assured.
Our proactive service encompasses regular on site visits by our consultants to ensure that solutions, once delivered, are maintained to optimum effectiveness.
Remote access and alerting are built in wherever possible to enable proactive monitoring and resolution should a system require preventative measures to maintain operational effectiveness.
Our excellent relationship and reputation with our suppliers ensures that any escalation required to the technology suppliers is completed with the maximum of efficiency due to our experienced working knowledge of the technologies utilised.
